Our collaboration with PrimeBit began with designing a new visual identity that combines technology with financial markets. The analysis of customer journeys, data, and heat maps laid the foundation for designing a new website. In the next phase, we conducted a UX audit of the system and implemented recommended solutions in UX and UI. Subsequently, we designed a marketing automation cycle that improved conversion rates at various stages of the user journey.
